Emeka Okwuosa is a seasoned engineer, administrator, entrepreneur and a visionary with over 35 years of experience in the following areas: maintenance and operations, teaching, wireline logging and interpretation, seismic acquisition, processing and interpretation, pipeline engineering, procurement and construction (EPCIC), project management, drilling and drilling services. Some of these activities span Europe, North Africa, West Africa, Gulf of Guinea/Central Africa and Indonesia.
Emeka worked in various capacities for Schlumberger in positions that spanned Field Engineer to Technical Manager in the following parts of the World; Europe (Pau, France, Scotland), North Africa (Libya), West Africa (Mauritania, Senegal, Cote D’Ivoire, Ghana), Gulf of Guinea/Central Africa (Nigeria, Benin Republic, Cameroun, Gabon, Congo and Angola) and Indonesia.
Emeka is passionate about development of human capacity in high technology areas of Oil and Gas Industry. This is being achieved via various schemes that have been instituted through the companies that he has founded and runs.
Together with other key practitioners in the Oil and Gas Engineering, Exploration and Production sectors, Emeka was instrumental to the enactment of Oil and Gas Local Content Law three years ago. This Law has helped to institutionalize the development of sustainable local capacity in the Oil & Gas industry.

OILSERV LIMITED: Pipeline/Facilities EPC & Maintenance Company (has wide ranging activities in the Niger Delta and across Nigeria; a major player in actualization of the Gas Master Plan in Nigeria – domestic gas distribution plan). OILSERV is ISO 9001:2008 certified. OILSERV LIMITED currently operates in other African countries, viz: Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Benin Republic and Togo.
FRAZIMEX ENGINEERING LIMITED: An Engineering design company (front end and detail engineering). Activities cover Pipelines, Facilities, Civil Engineering works, Instruments, Electrical, etc.
FRAZOIL EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION (E & P) LIMITED: An exploration and production Company (E&P) and owner/operator of Block 3 Offshore Republic of Benin.
FRAZPOWER LIMITED: This is a Gas Development Company (Gas-To-Power).The strategic vision is to deliver at least 10 TCF of gas reserves in the next 10 years leveraging sources at varying levels of go-to-market readiness.
EKCEL FARMS LIMITED: This is an innovative industrial agricultural project, incorporating cassava and tomato farming with full industrial processing facilities. Farmland covers a total of 5,000 hectares (2,700 hectares are already allocated). The project is estimated to cost about $150m (One Hundred and Fifty Million Dollars), excluding land cost in the first phase. It will generate employment for over two thousand (2000) persons. The MOU between Anambra state Government and Ekcel Farms Limited was duly signed on 29th September, 2014 at Awka. Ekcel Farms Limited has affiliation with technical partners in Europe and Canada and has developed a blueprint that will aid massive Agricultural development, create employment and reduce poverty.
CROWN ENERGY RESOURCES LTD: The Company is a solids mineral extraction company. It is executing a Quarry project at Old Netim, Akamkpa Calabar, Cross River state of Nigeria. The company will promote quality production output, build the Local capacity and consolidate on Oilserv group overall investment strategy initiatives.
Emeka is a 1982 graduate of Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of IFE, ILE-IFE, Nigeria.
Emeka, a COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering) registered engineer, is a member of the following Professional bodies;

Emeka has received several awards in the course of practice of Oil and Gas EPCIC services all over the World, amongst others are;

Emeka is the founder of Sir. Chukwuemeka Okwuosa Foundation, which among many contributions in education, road, erosion control, water, electricity infrastructure provision, etc, is building a N1 billion medical facility at Oraifite, Anambra State (Dame Nneka Okwuosa Medical Centre). He is a Knight of St. Christopher (KSC) of the Anglican Communion. He is married with three (3) children.
Gbite Falade Gbite Falade joined the Oilserv Group as the Chief Operating Officer in March 2017. He’s had an extensive and global work experience across multiple functions and value chain in the Oil, Gas & Power sectors before joining Oilserv Group. Gbite has over 22 years experience in the oil & gas sector having worked with Shell, Oando Gas & Power, and Oando Energy Resources.
He had functioned in the last decade in Senior Management and Executive career positions that spanned General Management, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Business Development, Strategy and Planning, Petroleum Economics, Project Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Asset Management. In his current role as Group Chief Operating Officer, he oversees the day-to-day operations of Oilserv Ltd (Pipelines and Facilities) EPC Company, while also leading and coordinating the day-to-day operations of other subsidiaries within the Oilserv Group.
Gbite holds a first class B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Ibadan, an MBA from Warwick Business School and has also attended a number of Executive Short Courses in various institutions of learning.

Chukwuma Okonkwo is a seasoned professional agriculturist with over 30 year’s post-graduation experience in agriculture, working with farmers, agricultural research, and rural development. He worked as a Technical Director of Agroforte Nigeria Limited. As technical director, he was involved in setting up and managing commercial farms. Agroforte is a company that provides creative agricultural solutions to farmers.
He worked on cassava and yam for many years during his many years in IITA and IFDC.
He worked in IITA in several capacities as a research supervisor, assistant, research associate and International Trials Manager. He also participated in On-station and on-farm trials of several cassava, and yam varieties, that contributed to the development of improved varieties of cassava and yam for different end uses and environments in He has technically assisted and supervised the establishment of many successful small and medium scale cassava and yam production and multiplication farms in Nigeria.
In course of his career, as international Trials Manager, he conducted experiments, trained several thousands of farmers and processors, supervises students, and backstops the national agricultural research institutions in more than ten African countries on different aspects of plant breeding, efficient crop production techniques, seed production and multiplication, value addition, enterprise development, self-help and community-based project management.
He believes strongly in technology transfer for sustainable rural development through organizing farmers linking farmers to inputs, market enterprise development, and community-based projects to enhance their livelihoods.
He has published a modest number of agricultural articles and training manuals. He is a member of many national and international professional organizations. He holds Ph.D., M.Sc. in Plant Breeding and Genetics, from Ahamdu University of Zaria, and a Bachelor of Agriculture in Crop Production from University of Nigeria Nsukka.
Ugochukwu Ebubedike is an Agribusiness Manager with proven ability to design and execute tactical business plans, motivate teams, and strengthen external relationships. He has over a decade successful history of providing both strategic, and operational leadership for efficient Project Management, Business Development, Crop Farming, Livestock management, and Processing Facilities.
He has participated in successful implementation of a varied portfolio of integrated Agricultural Projects, covering Agricultural Production, Agribusiness Analysis & Forecasting, Agribusiness Development, Enterprise Restructuring, Cluster Development, Competitive and Comparative Advantage Management, Supply Chain Management, Agricultural Value Chains, Post-Harvest Technology, Bio-Fuel Processing, Food Processing & Packaging, Trading Structures, Marketing Networks, Market Information Systems and Distribution Channels.
He has served as Farm Manager/Senior Team Lead and Key Advisor on major agricultural projects encompassing technical, environmental, institutional, organizational, social, Financial, Legislative, Regulatory, Strategy and Policy Considerations for Crest Agro Products Limited and Adagat Agricultural Ventures Limited; and consulted for Rodio Agro among others.
Ugochukwu joined Ekcel Farms Limited as the Farm Business Coordinator in April 2017 where his responsibilities include working with the Oilserv Group COO in developing short and medium term business plan and annual budget, coordinating day to day operational functions of Ekcel Farms, overseeing and monitoring seasonal expenditure in line with budgeted cashflow, interfacing with government, key rural professionals, contractors and other external parties towards smooth operation of the farm, overseeing the development, review and management of repairs and maintenance for all plant, machinery and infrastructure, coordinating advertising, marketing and sales function .
Ugochukwu holds a Second Class (Upper Division) Degree in Agricultural Economics from University of Nigeria Nsukka and has obtained Certifications in Computer Applications, Management and Human Resource Management.
